We hope that you will love your order! However, if you change your mind, you can return your item in accordance with the following policies: 

UK Orders – Goods must be returned within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. Please email to advise of your return within 7 days of receipt of your item. Unless the item is faulty, the customer must cover the cost of the return. We advise that you use a secure trackable service for your protection. Please note that you are responsible for your goods until we a receive them. Upon receipt of your goods, we aim to process your refund within 48hours.

Please note that you are responsible for your goods until we a receive them. Upon receipt of your goods, we aim to process your refund within 48hours.
Here’s what you need to do:

The goods being returned must be unused, in their original packaging including tags, and attached labels. Please do not remove tags as this will void your refund.

Faulty items will be assessed and, if appropriate, you have the choice of receiving (i) a full refund for the value of the product and the original delivery charge; (ii) an exact replacement ( if available); or (iii) the same item following repair by us. If your item is replaced or repaired, you will not be charged the additional postage.

For all returns we strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery.
